The Second World Summit for Social Development was held in Doha, Qatar, from 4 to 6 November 2025. Marketing Bangkok designed and developed the summit website for the United Nations on Drupal 10, a sister project to the FFD4 conference site built the same year, again inside an existing UN Drupal installation and in time for the summit.
The site opens with a countdown to the summit and carries the key dates and the Road to the Second World Social Summit timeline, a filterable programme, databases of documents and statements, news, FAQs, participation details and a Visit Qatar section, with the UN's multilingual interface.

What we built
- Interactive programme - the summit programme, side events and special events in one timetable, filterable by day, venue, category and organiser, with keyword search.
- Document and statement databases - every document of the summit in one searchable library: background information, official documents, the political declaration drafts, letters, information for Member States and statements, with category filters, sorting and direct downloads.
- Summit sections - countdown home page, Key Dates and the Road to the Second World Social Summit, Participate, Engage, News, Blog, FAQ and Visit Qatar.
- Inside an existing UN Drupal 10 installation - built to the UN's design system, accessibility and security standards, and delivered in time for the summit.
